Welcome to Skylivia. These terms govern your access to and use of our aerial drone footage and photography services, digital info products, and physical goods.

1. Scope of Services

Skylivia offers professional aerial drone footage and photography at various locations. Services include planning, capturing, editing, and delivery in agreed formats.

2. Info Products

Our digital offerings include tutorials, guides, and preset collections. These are delivered via direct download or online portal access.

3. Goods

We provide camera accessories, printed media, and merchandise through our online store, shipped to your address.

5. Fees and Payments

All fees are specified in the service proposal or on the product page. Payment must be completed before delivery of services, access to info products, or shipment of goods. Accepted methods are outlined at checkout.

6. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request to change the session date or time without charge if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation requests submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session qualify for full reimbursement processed via the original method within 10 business days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for reimbursement, due to advance crew deployment and equipment allocation.

6.2 Info Products

Digital materials are accessible immediately upon purchase. If you experience an issue preventing access, notify us within 5 days via contact form. We will either restore access at no cost or issue a reimbursement if the issue cannot be resolved. All requests after access has been granted and used cannot be accommodated.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a reimbursement. Prior approval is required: contact us via contact form before dispatching. Once the item is received and inspected, reimbursement will be processed within 7 business days. Items damaged after delivery or opened products are not eligible for a reimbursement except in cases of manufacturing defects, which will be assessed on an individual basis.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on skylivia.com. Continued use of our services or products after such posting constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
